The offender will be asked to dispose of his/her trash
properly.
Recorded oral warning will be given to the offender.

SECOND OFFENSE
1st Violation - ID Confiscation and Written Reprimand
The offender will be asked to segregate/dispose of his/her
trash properly.
Written warning will be given to the offender.
Parent-Teacher Conference Form will be issued to the
parents.

THIRD OFFENSE
2nd Violation - ID Confiscation, Written Reprimand and One day Community Service
The offender will be asked to segregate/dispose of his/her
trash properly.
Written warning will be given to the offender.
The offender will be asked to go to the Coordinator for
Student Formation for a conference.
•Parent-Teacher Conference Form will be issued to the
parents.
Community service will be done after recess and after lunch for
20 minutes each.

FOURTH OFFENSE
3rd Violation - Written Warning,1-Day Suspension and Conduct Average of NI in the Report Card
The offender will be asked to segregate/dispose of his/her

parents.
The offender will be asked to go to the Coordinator for
Student Formation for a conference.
He will be suspended for a day.
